Once you are registered, we’ll send you a confirmation letter with important information you’ll need for the Gathering.  We’ll also need you to sign in when you arrive so we know who is at the gathering and so you can sign the waivers required by the Arthur Morgan School.

We must cap this event at 120 people due to the small size of the Arthur Morgan School. Last year we reached that limit two weeks before the gathering, so be sure to register early. We cannot admit you to the gathering if you have not pre-registered. Register early for the best rates.

All participants are expected to volunteer at least 2 hours during the event.  Volunteering is an important way to help keep the gathering inexpensive and operating smoothly.

We welcome children at the gathering and encourage them to participate. Parents with young children are expected to personally help with Child Care.

For those who have an abundance of passion and excitement about the Gathering, but lack funds, there are a limited number of work trades available and scholarships.  Please visit our Work Trade and Scholarships page to get more details.

Refund Policy
before early bird date, July 1st:  We will refund 100% of your payment
after early bird date, July 1st:  We will refund 80% of your payment
after July 20th: There will be no refund
